One example of this at work is the Klipspringer Trade-In Scheme – an initiative that allows you to upgrade your old equipment, all whilst saving money on your new instrumentation. Simply trade-in your unwanted items and our team will arrange a discounted price on your new equipment.

This popular scheme will also save you the task of managing the removal of your unwanted instrumentation, as we will handle all of your used electricals in compliance with the WEEE Directive.

What equipment is included in the Klipspringer Trade-In Scheme?

Our Trade-In Scheme is incredibly broad, covering a wide range of equipment. From thermometer probes and pH meters to hygiene monitors and washdown scales, we are happy to discuss any of the instruments you have on site.

Below are a few points to remember:

  • Along with Klipspringer equipment, we can also trade-in equipment from other suppliers.
  • Although we do trade-in working equipment, it can also be broken or damaged beyond repair.
  • You can trade-in like-for-like equipment (e.g. you could trade-in old thermometers for new thermometers at a lower price point).
  • We can also arrange a bespoke trade-in package (e.g. you could trade-in old thermometers for a new LazaPort8 at a lower price point).

How do I trade-in my old equipment?

  1. The first step is to reach out to the Klipspringer team on 01473 461800 or sales@klipspringer.com. Once you have shared the details of the equipment you are trading-in, along with the equipment you want to purchase, we will let you know the amount that will be taken off your new order. 
  2. As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will receive an official order acknowledgement, along with a returns form for your old equipment.
  3. Next, your order will be despatched. Orders are usually sent out on the same day using an overnight courier, so you could receive your equipment the next working day.
  4. Finally, you will need to complete your returns form and enclose it with your old equipment before sending them back to Klipspringer. You will find the returns instructions and address listed on the form itself.
