1. Base Station Package (Standard Option – Free of Charge)

The Base Station Package is the core software that comes as standard with every WatchmanOne system. It is a browser based, on site package designed for day to day monitoring and alarm management.

It allows users to connect sensors, set alarm limits, and manage user access. Because it operates on a local network (LAN), system changes can only be made while connected on site. However, alarms and notifications are still received remotely.

This package is ideal for single site operations that want secure, no subscription monitoring with minimal complexity.

2. Connect Direct (Remote Access – No Subscription)

Connect Direct builds on the Base Station Package by allowing remote access from anywhere, without introducing a subscription fee.

Functionally, it is the same interface as the Base Station, but accessed through the MyDataPortal login screen. This means users can make system changes, acknowledge alarms, and manage settings even when off site.

What it does not include is the advanced reporting, analysis tools, or visual features found in MyDataPortal. Connect Direct is best suited to customers who need remote control without the cost of a full cloud package.

3. My Data Portal (Advanced and Subscription-Based)

MyDataPortal (MDP) is the most powerful WatchmanOne package. It is designed for multi-site operations, advanced reporting, and future scalability.

MDP offers full access from anywhere in the world, advanced data analysis, automated reporting, virtual sites, site maps, and multi site dashboards. It also includes a mobile app for iOS and Android.

All new software development is focused on MDP, making it the most future proof option. It is available via an annual subscription, paid per base station.
