To kick off 2026, the Klipspringer team gathered at Easton Grange in Suffolk for a day of celebration, collaboration, and inspiration.
We’re excited to share a roundup of the key highlights and takeaways, and extend a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success.
Company Presentation and Updates
The event began with opening remarks from our Directors and Team Leaders, highlighting the incredible work being done across the business to support customers in the food and beverage production industry. The presentation reflected on key learnings from 2025 while sharing an inspiring vision for 2026.

The session also featured an interactive quiz to welcome new team members, with the wider team guessing which fun facts related to each individual – a great way to get to know one another better and spark conversation.

Next up were the Klipspringer Awards, always a highlight of our January events. With nominations coming from across the team, the awards provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase the amazing contributions made throughout 2025.

Sustainability Workshop and Pledges
At Klipspringer, we’re always looking for ways to operate more sustainably and make a positive impact on the world. To bring this commitment to life, our January event featured a Sustainability Workshop that was perfectly aligned with the day’s problem-solving theme.
The session challenged teams to separate fact from fiction around sustainable practices, dispelling common misconceptions and inspiring everyone to consider how they can make a real difference.

It ended with each team member writing a personal sustainability pledge on seeded paper – from eating more plant-based meals to starting a vegetable patch. These pledges will be planted at the Klipspringer Spring Event, blooming into wildflowers for bees and butterflies to enjoy.

Delicious Drinks and Refreshments
Working in the food and beverage production industry, it’s no surprise that Klipspringer events always feature outstanding catering – after all, we have a deep appreciation for delicious refreshments!
The day kicked off with a hearty full English breakfast, fuelling the team for the morning’s activities.
Then, after the Sustainability Workshop and a quick full-team photo, everyone enjoyed an afternoon tea complete with sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats.
Easton Grange did a fantastic job of catering to the team’s every need, ensuring delicious food and drink was on hand throughout the day.
Team Building and Problem Solving
The afternoon was all about collaboration and problem-solving, with each team exploring different areas of Eastern Grange to take on a variety of challenges.
Activities included racing against the clock to solve puzzles, cracking riddles inspired by Klipspringer products, and piecing together clues to solve an intriguing mystery.

While plenty of fun, these challenges also provided a valuable opportunity to practice collaboration, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
They were especially great for connecting team members who don’t usually work together, helping to strengthen relationships across the Klipspringer team.
Closing Words
The day was brought to a close by Klipspringer Director Murray Carlyon who reflected on the key learnings of 2025 and inspired the team to raise standards even higher in 2026 – expanding our product range, providing enhanced support for customers, and continuing to be the industry’s trusted partner of choice for food safety compliance.
