What is In-Process Validation Logging?

In-Process Validation Logging allows you to carry out accurate temperature profiling and HAACP validation at your site, along with the rapid calculation of both F0 and PU values. If you select a multi-channel logger, you will also be able to map the efficiency of your equipment, identifying any cold or hot spots.

Our range of loggers have been designed to withstand even the most intense factory environments, allowing you to monitor cook processes in: Batch and Continuous Baking Ovens, Batch Static and Rotating Ovens (Steaming/Roasting), Continuous linear or Spiral Cookers, Chillers and Freezers, and Continuous Deep Fat Fryers.

User-friendly software will allow you to store and access the results generated by your loggers, with two-way RF telemetry available for real time data analysis.
