Despite significant investment and ongoing improvements across the industry, the question remains: why does the problem persist? The first Klipspringer Forum of 2026 will tackle this challenge head-on, putting allergen management in the spotlight and focusing on practical prevention strategies.

Developed in conjunction with leading subject matter experts, testing laboratories, auditors, and former retailers, the forum will cover auditor insights, innovative hygiene solutions, and the latest advances in allergen testing. It will also include scenario-based workshops built around anonymised real-life incidents.

Free to attend, the forum will take place at Klipspringer HQ on Thursday, 26 February, from 09:00 to 14:30.
