Here at Klipspringer, we are always striving to provide a better level of service for our customers: expanding our product range, improving our customer service, and resolving common industry complaints.

Most recently, we have undertaken an epic project – moving premises to a bigger and better location with improved facilities, increased stock capacity, state of the art equipment, and a dedicated customer hub.

In the following article, we will provide an overview of the benefits afforded by our new headquarters, taking you through the different zones and the thought-process behind each space.

Our Distribution Centre has doubled in size

To ensure we continue to fulfil our promise of same-day despatch across a wide range of products, we have doubled the size of our Distribution Centre. This has allowed us to dramatically increase our stock levels to meet growing industry demand.

Moving premises has also given us the opportunity to enhance our in-house Production Area. Already known for our extremely short lead times, the state-of-the-art equipment within this space should see us reducing these windows even further – especially in relation to our shadow boards and visual management solutions.

New state-of-the-art laboratory

Klipspringer’s UKAS-accredited Laboratory has also grown in size. This increased capacity should result in reduced turnaround times for the calibration and servicing of your equipment.

What’s more, the additional space and improved facilities will allow us to broaden the scope of the equipment handled by our in-house Technical Team.

Customer-facing facilities

A key motivation for our move to new premises was the prospect of welcoming more customers to Klipspringer HQ. Thanks to our new Conference Rooms and Product Demonstration Zones, we are now able to host forums, meetings, training sessions and conferences.

Our Product Demonstration Zones will also allow visiting customers to see our equipment and instrumentation in action. Our team will be on hand to offer in-person training – answering questions, whilst highlighting key features and functions.

    Larger workspace with dedicated breakout zones

    As a fast-growing company with big plans for the future, it felt like the perfect time to move our growing team to a larger workspace.

    Along with the central department areas, we have also introduced plenty of Breakout Zones – encouraging our team to collaborate and think creatively as they discuss the solutions that will best support your site.

    Communal areas

    Although we are a fast-growing company, we are also a family-run business with family values at our core. Because of this, we wanted to ensure our team was still able to come together as one. To make this possible, our new premises has a large Town Hall Area where our full team can meet.

    Sustainability was a key focus of the project

    As well as moving to a new premises, we have also moved several steps closer towards our sustainability goals. From the improved insulation afforded by our new roof to LED lights that operate under a sensor system, reducing our carbon footprint has been a priority at every turn.

    A new location has also seen a net reduction in travel across the Klipspringer team, with many employees located closer to our new HQ than our previous premises.
