Throughout the year, Klipspringer hosts a series of Full Team Events – bringing together our office, laboratory, warehouse, and remote teams to reflect on our progress and align our goals for the remainder of 2025.Β
Inspired by the insights we gained from our July event, we wanted to share a quick overview of the key highlights and takeaways. We also wanted to extend a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the occasion such a success!Β
Company Presentation and Updates
Held at Haughley Park β a stunning Jacobean manor in the heart of Suffolk β July’s event was a brilliant blend of presentations, hands-on workshops, and engaging outdoor activities.Β

The day began with some opening words from our Directors and Team Leaders. Their presentation celebrated recent product launches, welcomed new team members, and highlighted the incredible work being done across the business.
A special mention went to our Team Player of the Month, Customer Support Manager Jeremy Elphick, whose dedication and enthusiasm set a fantastic example for all.
As if this wasn’t enough, the presentation featured quizΒ segments that allowed attendees to earn points for the teams they had been assigned to at the start of the day.
Dragons' Den: Product Pitches
The first activity of the day, inspired by the popularΒ Dragon’s DenΒ format, saw team members working together to develop a new product or solution for the food production industry.
This challenge really shone a light on the amount of planning, preparation, and creative thinking that goes into product development.
It also provided team members with the opportunity to step into a new and (in most cases) unfamiliar role – trying their hand at everything from branding to pitching.

Once the ideas were ready, the teams then had to present their concept to the four “dragons”. Each one was evaluated based on its originality and practical applications.
The Dragons were harsh but fair, asking insightful questions about the products and identifying key areas for improvement.

Outdoor Events: Let the Games Begin!
Next, we headed outside to take part in a series of challenges. Not only was this a great opportunity to enjoy some fun and fresh air, it was also a chance to strengthen our collective skill set.
Activity One was hosted by our HR Manager Natalie Smith, Executive Assistant Sherelle Smith, and Business Development Support Executive Lauren Foster. It tasked participants with transporting colourful balls from one end of a run to another using different lengths of guttering. This activity was all about planning, patience, and working together.
Activity Two wasΒ hosted by our Business Improvement Manager Michael Smith and IT Technician Alex Foster. In the lead up to the event, Mike and Alex had created a series of riddles inspired by Klipspringer products and solutions. Solving these riddles required a lot of brain power and creative thinking, but luckily there is no shortage of that at Klipspringer HQ.Β
Activity Three was led by our Customer Support Manager and Team Player of the Month Jeremy Elphick. This activity involved a golf set with an impressively complex scoring system. The miniature course featured bonus points and booby traps, all to highlight the importance of precision and accuracy when supporting Klipspringer customers.
Activity Four was hosted by our Commercial Manager Nik Rilatt. Using just two pieces of string and staying on the outside of a large parameter, the different teams had to lift three bottles into a central bucket. As with all of the tasks, this was possible, but extremely difficult. Having said that, one team managed to move all three bottles in just over a minute!

Activity Five was led by our Marketing Manager Alex Ryden. For this activity, each participant was given a piece of paper with a word on it. They then had to find the team member holding a word with the same meaning. What made this task harder was the fact that everyone was only allowed to talk in pairs and couldn’t discuss the words as a group.Β Β
Activity Six was headed up by our Operations Manager James Sheppard. Working against the clock, the teams had to assemble the highest tower possible using some rather unstable materials: spaghetti and marshmallows! Here, participants had to put their patience and problem solving to the test – planning and executing a build in just a short space of time.Β
Activity Seven was hosted by our Finance Manager Stephanie Dijon. Steph had created a fantastic crossword that required both quick-thinking and a thorough knowledge of the Klipspringer product range. As with the other activities, there was a penalty for teams that were unable to finish the challenge within the given time frame.
Activity Eight was led by Natalie, Sherelle, and Lauren. Throughout the previous seven challenges, penalties had been handed out in the form of red wristbands. For this final task, everyone wearing a red band was eliminated. The remaining team members had to create a chain that was 100 paperclips long in the shortest amount of time.
Group Games & Painting
Once the results of the day’s activities had been shared and the winning team had been celebrated, it was time for the final portion of the event.
Some of the team headed inside for a creative painting session.
Led through the process by a guest instructor, this group of budding artists painted a collection of colourful Klipspringers. As you can see, the finished artwork was seriously impressive.

Running alongside the painting session were two sporting activities – Rounders and Football.
Both games encouraged collaboration, communication, and some friendly competition. They also brought the wider team together for a last burst of fun – ensuring the day ended on a high.

So there you have it, an overview of our Full-Team Event for July. With interactive presentations, outdoor activities, and creative workshops, a fantastic day was enjoyed by all!
