Our new UV cured coating method is extremely tough – suited to all environments, particularly the demanding environment of a food production site.

In fact, UV cured coating is even tougher than the laminate coating method commonly used throughout the industry.

No peeling

No matter the environment or application, the new style of coating on our SegriStore shadow boards eliminates the possibility of laminate peeling and presenting a food safety risk.

Again, this will increase the lifespan of your shadow boards and visual management solutions. It will also help you to impress auditors or visiting customers, as the shadows on your boards will stay in place regardless of what they’ve been exposed to or how long they’ve been at your site.

Sustainable solution

If your site has been challenged to become a more sustainable operation, this is another area where our state-of-the-art UV cured coating could help you to achieve your goals.

This is because our new coating method is better for the environment – securing a significant reduction in the single-use plastics and waste that is often associated with a laminate coating process.
