Compatible with our Hygienic Stacking Lid and Stacking Tray Dolly, this innovative design is available in two different capacities: 30 litre (615 x 415 x 155mm) and 48 litre (615 x 415 x 245mm).

Developed to resolve common industry challenges, it offers the following benefits:

1. Hygienic and Easy to Clean

Designed to support applications where hygiene is paramount, this new style of stacking box features smooth internal and external surfaces for easy cleaning. It also has wide radius corners, making it easier than ever for Hygiene Teams to wash away food residue.

This Hygienic Stacking Box can also withstand temperatures from -30°C to +80°C and is inert (won’t react) when exposed to a wide range of chemicals. As a result, it won’t be compromised by the use of harsh cleaning chemicals. It also won’t be degraded by the chemical components of your food products and ingredients.

2. Durable Design

The Klipspringer Hygienic Stacking Box has been roto-moulded for unparalleled strength and durability. It is therefore shatter and splinter resistant, helping to reduce the risk of foreign body contamination.

This food handling container has been manufactured from virgin MDPE – a material that has excellent shock and drop resistance properties, whilst also being less dense than HDPE. This winning combination is ideally suited to stacking applications, as the finished boxes are lightweight enough for easy-lifting, but strong enough to withstand the expected wear and tear.

The roto-moulding process also ensures Klipspringer Hygienic Stacking Boxes are UV stable. Because of this, your choice of the 10 available colours won’t fade over time.

3. Colour-coding and customisation

As mentioned above, our new Hygienic Stacking Boxes are available in 10 distinct colours, this means they are perfectly placed to support your site’s colour-coding policy.

As a further point of identification, we also supply labels that can be customised to include a message of your choosing. Using these labels, you can add ingredient, product, or zoning information to the outside of each box.
